On April 27th, 2017 Drawing New York hosted our First Annual Portrait and Figure Drawing Competition.

Over 50 attendees participated, even those that did not submit their work to be judged for prizes.

This was a four-hour drawing session with three live models. Attendees ranged from professional artists, serious students and avid amateurs. We believe that having a wide array of skill levels benefited all who attended.
